What we collect

• Billing and delivery addresses for orders
• The artwork you upload, and any instructions you send with it
• Order and enquiry history

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver your order, to prepare quotations you have asked for, to issue invoices, and to contact you about work in progress. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements. Artwork is retained so repeat orders match the original — ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact [email protected].

Cookies

This site uses a single cookie to keep the shop owner signed in to the admin area. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
