1. Orders

A bundle order is accepted once payment has been taken and we have confirmed it by email. We may decline an order where the artwork supplied cannot be reproduced to an acceptable standard.

2. Fixed-price bundles

Bundle prices are fixed for the stated number of garments. Mixing colours and sizes within the bundle does not change the price. The number of garments must be allocated in full before checkout.

3. Artwork

By uploading a logo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you indemnify us against claims arising from its use. We may adjust artwork where necessary for production and will tell you when we do.

4. Personalised goods

Decorated garments are made to your specification and are not returnable under distance-selling rules except where faulty or not as ordered. Check colours, sizes and quantities before paying.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery or collection.

6. Faults

Tell us within 14 days of receipt if anything is faulty or incorrect and we will repair, replace or refund the affected items.
